Shipping policy
Please triple-check your address before checking out! Putting the incorrect address on your order delays its shipping time. I’ll send out an email asking for a corrected address before shipping it off. If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you’ll have to pay a lil extra to cover the new shipping label.

I ship from Porto, Portugal, keep that in mind when waiting for your order.
✦ when will my order ship?
2-5 days from your order date is my usual turnaround! Upon my shop update, shipping times may be longer. I pack and ship out orders entirely myself, so thank you for your support and patience!
✦ how long does it take for my order to arrive?
After I have shipped your order, please be aware of the following expected delivery times:
2-5 days for PT orders
1-2 weeks for EU orders
4-6+ weeks for intercontinental orders

Normal mail: since I can't track it, I cannot offer refunds on orders sent with this shipping option.
Registered mail: tracking is available with this shipping option and is recommended.
✦ why is shipping so expensive to my country?
Unfortunately, shipping anything more than a letter internationally is pretty expensive. I have it as low as I can have it. If you want to get something internationally but don’t want to pay the high shipping price, grab some stickers! I can ship them much more affordably.

Depending on the country, customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees incurred at your country's custom offices. This applies to all packages no matter the package value.
I, sataris, will not be collecting or remitting VAT import taxes in the event that they do occur. By ordering, the buyer understands that they are liable for any VAT fees/charges that may occur. This means it will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. You may experience package delays (additional 2 weeks or more) and additional processing fees. You can also check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before buying.
Please understand I, sataris, am not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Additional taxes/charges/fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.

a) you can pay shipping again to have the package re-sent
b) I can refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee & the original shipping costs
