✦ what is A grade vs B grade?

Grade refers to the quality of a product. Due to the nature of hand-made items, I cannot make each product perfect every time. Even manufactured products sometimes have imperfections! So, in order to fairly price each item I split them into grades, A, B and even C. An A grade is a product with no flaws and will have the original price. B grade goodies will have slight flaws like an imperfect cut line, little scratches, etc. Therefore, products labeled as B or C grade will be sold at a discounted price. Lower grade goods still deserve a home! Throwing out an item because of minor flaws creates more waste, costs me more money and wastes all the time and love I put into it!

 

✦ will you be restocking this product?

I get a lot of messages asking if I restock certain products and the answer is: sometimes! Since manufacturing takes up to a couple of months sometimes, I typically like to create new products instead of restocking old ones. If I can make it locally or in my studio, I will usually restock, but please do message me!

So... snag the things you want fast just in case I don't!

 

Pre-orders

✦ what is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order that is sold before the item is available. It's also a good way to see how many people want the product, to gauge how many to order!

 

✦ when will I get my pre-order?

The items will take a few months to manufacture and get to me! The estimated time on each pre-order does not include sorting, packing, and shipping time. Please expect to wait 3-4 months to receive your order.

 

✦ does my pre-order ship with my non-pre-order items?

Shipping will be grouped if you also purchase non-pre-order items from my shop, so you will have to wait for everything.

 

✦ will prices increase after pre-orders?

Pre-order items have a 5€ discount. Once pre-orders are over, the regular price will be higher.

 

✦ are the photos accurate to what I'll get?

The product photos are taken from a close to final sample. The final product will have a few differences, but is very close to the sample.

 

✦ what is the cancellation policy for pre-orders?

Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer cancellations of pre-orders, so please be sure of this commitment before making it! If you're unsure if you can wait three months, you also have the option to purchase it again when I have the actual products.
